These barrel nuts are designed to be used with our handguards and are compatible with Adams Arms 5.56/.223 cal. piston kits. JL Billet rails are precision bored to 1.375" inner diameter to have an exact fit on the barrel nut.

This barrel nut was exactly what I needed for installing my Adam's Arms arms piston kit. It allowed me to use my existing handguard instead of having to replace the handguard with a much more expensive ine.

Don’t pair with a suppressor ready handguard
I was bummed to find that after I purchased this with a suppressor capable handguard, the two are not compatable. Looks like a great product, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
