JL Billet AR15 upper receiver is machined out of solid block of 7075-T6 US aerospace grade aluminum on 5 axis machining centers and held to the tightest tolerances and Mil-Spec standards. These billet uppers are design to match our billet lowers to ensure a superior matched set for your next build. These can be purchased in raw aluminum or Type III hard black anodize.
