the 7075 aluminum is great, the extended latch isn't too small nor too large to poke you. my personal preference to make it better would be if it were also nickle boron coated to work with nib bcg better, and/or an all steel nib coated charging handle. but i like this unit, it works well. and yes i bought 2 and will buy more.

This is the second charging handle I purchased because they are that good. Specs are spot on and the finish is flawless. I have purchased other 7.62x51 handles only to find the specs were off and the overall quality lacking. Wasted my time and money but no more. I'll keep coming back to JL BILLET.

It isnt anything fancy, it's a pretty standard charging handle, but it is perfect. Fits my areo upper, works, doesn't pop out when firing, doesn't cost $125. Made in CA-USA
