RXM Reaper Chassis

The Complete Compatibility Guide

The RXM Reaper chassis was built with one goal in mind: maximum performance through modularity and compatibility.

Whether you are dialing in your setup for range use, home defense, or a compact PDW style configuration, understanding what works and what does not is key to getting the most out of your build.

This guide breaks down everything you need to know about magazines, suppressors, compensators, slide compatibility, and more so you can build with confidence.

Magazine Compatibility

The RXM Reaper chassis is designed to work with a wide range of magazine options, giving shooters flexibility in both capacity and configuration.

15 round magazines sit flush with the main grip for a clean, compact profile.
Higher capacity magazines are fully compatible and will extend below the grip.

For best performance and reliability, we recommend OEM Glock magazines and Magpul PMAGs.

This gives you the ability to run anything from a streamlined carry setup to a higher capacity range or defensive configuration.

Suppressor Compatibility

Running a suppressor with the RXM Reaper is absolutely possible with a few key considerations.

  • The system supports suppressors up to 1.4 inch diameter.
  • The shroud must be removed when running a suppressor.

This setup allows for a clean, functional suppressed configuration while maintaining the performance advantages of the chassis system.

Compensator Compatibility

Compensators can enhance recoil control and shooting performance, and the RXM Reaper supports their use with some limitations.

  • Compensators can be used with the shroud removed.
  • Not all compensators have been tested.
  • Some fitment limitations may exist depending on design and dimensions.

Because of the wide variation in compensator designs, we recommend verifying fitment before committing to a specific setup.

Configurable Front Magazine Release

The RXM Reaper is designed for adaptability down to the controls.

The front magazine release is fully configurable.
It can be set up for left handed or right handed shooters.

This ensures a more natural and efficient reload process no matter your shooting style or preference.

Slide Compatibility

The RXM Reaper chassis is compatible with a range of slides, giving you flexibility in how you build your system.

Direct Fit Compatibility

The following slides are confirmed to work.

  • RXM 4 inch slide
  • RXM 4.5 inch slide
  • Glock 19 Gen 3 slide

Conditional Compatibility With Modifications

Some slides may function with additional modifications but are not officially supported or recommended at this time.

  • Glock 17 Gen 3 slide
  • Glock 17L slide
  • Glock 34 slide

To potentially run these configurations, modifications may include a longer barrel using the Glock 19 locking block pattern such as Lone Wolf 19L, Brownells 19 Long, or a Gen 5 Glock 17 barrel, along with an extended recoil guide rod.

These setups have not been fully tested by JL Billet and cannot be guaranteed for reliability or performance.

Built for Versatility

The RXM Reaper chassis was engineered to give shooters more control, more adaptability, and more capability in a compact platform.

From flush fit magazine setups to extended capacity builds, suppressed configurations, and slide compatibility options, this system is designed to evolve with your needs.

But like any high performance platform, the right configuration matters.

Build It Right

Understanding compatibility is the first step to building a system that performs exactly how you need it to.

At JL Billet, we focus on delivering precision machined, performance driven components that give shooters confidence in every shot.
